    Kolligate is a digital platform for Dental Professionals which makes Temp Staffing an easy affair for both Job Posters and Job Seekers. We take pride in being transparent, so that you, as a Job Poster, have full control over who you hire to work for you.
  • Who is a Job Poster?
    Job Poster is a Dental Office who is looking for temp professionals to help fill shift gaps in their Dental office. Anyone authorized to use a Dental Office profile like Owner Dentist, Office manager or Front Desk can post a shift in the marketplace to find the temp employee they need.
  • Who is a Job Seeker?
    Job Seeker is a Dental professional like Hygienist, Assistant, Front Office Staff, Specialist or Associate Dentist who is looking for temp shifts in the marketplace. Job Seeker can see all the available shifts in the marketplace matching their profile and grab the one that fits them the best.
  • How do I post a shift?
    Posting a shift is totally free. Login to your profile and just click the "Post a Shift" button from the navbar. Fill out a simple form regarding shift details and your shift will be posted. All posted shifts are made available in the marketplace instantly and can be discovered by all available job seekers. Posting a shift takes no time.
  • What all roles can I hire?
    As of now, we support all roles of the dental industry. You can hire temp professionals for the roles: Dental Assistant, Associate Dentist, Hygienist, Front Office, Specialist. We also have an option for you to hire Externs/Volunteers to get additional help.
  • How can I get started with Kolligate?
    Visit the Sign Up page {INSERT LINK HERE}. Follow simple steps to complete the profile. This process is easy and quick.
  • How does kolligate guarantee the quality of temp professionals?
    Kolligate’s sign up process ensures that quality information is captured in Job Seekers profiles. This profile information is made available in the marketplace for Job Posters to help them choose the right professional who would fit their requirements. Also, Job Seekers have an option to go through a background check from our partner HireRight. After the background check is done, they are awarded a special badge.
  • How can multiple accounts be created for a Dental Office?
    Kolligate has a feature which allows multiple accounts to be created under the same legal entity name. Each account can have separate rights depending on requirement. You can create separate login under the same account for Owner Dentist, Office Manager and Front Desk. Each person will have different access based on their role.
  • What is the cancellation policy for dental offices?
    We value time and effort of both parties. Hence, we prefer to minimize cancellations. Make sure your shift has all accurate info to avoid any inconvenience. For further details, Check Cancellation Policy. To cancel a shift where a mutual agreement was reached with a Job Seeker, you can go to the shift from Shift Activity or Calendar and cancel it.
  • How much does it cost to hire temps from your platform? What’s the pricing model?
    Kolligate has a simple flat-fee model where we charge a flat service fee only after a successful match is made. Posting a shift is free. For further information, check Pricing.
  • How and when do I pay the service fee?
    Posting a shift is free. A flat service fee is charged only at the time when a successful match is made between you and a Job Seeker. The fee is charged to the Credit Card on file.
  • What forms of payment does your platform support?
    We accept all major Credit Card and Debit Cards for payments. A flat service fee is charged only at the time when a successful match is made between you and a Job Seeker. The fee is charged to the Credit Card on file.
  • What if I don't receive any response for my job posting?
    We notify you about Job Seekers around you, matching the shift criteria, after shift is posted. You can discover the marketplace and identify the right professional to Make an Offer to. Available Job Seekers are also notified and can Express Interest to the shift. If no match is found, the shift status changes to “Expired” at the end of the day. No fee is charged.
  • What if the temp professional cancels a shift which had mutual acceptance?
    The status of your shift changes from “Closed” to “Active” and it becomes available in the marketplace for Job Seekers to Express Interest. You can also Make an Offer to find the right temp professional matching your criteria. If no match is found, the shift status will be “Expired” at the end of the day.
  • Can I add multiple office locations?
    Yes, we provide an option to add multiple Dental offices to be added in your profile. Go to “Profile” settings and select the “Business” tab. Here you can add a new Office location.
  • How many shifts can I post?
    There is no limit on the number of shifts that can be posted. You can post as many shifts as per your needs.
  • Is there an option to post repetitive shifts? Can I post recurring shifts?
    Yes, recurring shifts can be posted. On Post a Shift screen, you can set the frequency and time period for the recurring shift for up to 90 days in the future.
  • Can I hire externs/volunteers?
    Yes, you can Post a Shift in the marketplace specifically for Externs/Volunteers.
  • How do I find active Job Seekers in the marketplace? How can I find temp professionals to help fill my shift?
    You can discover temp professionals matching the criteria for your shift using the interactive map on Discover or by using Find a Match feature. When you find the right temp professional, you can Make an Offer to them.
  • Can I customize my offer for a certain/specific professional?
    Yes, you always have the option to Reject/Withdraw during an ongoing negotiation.
  • Can I back out while negotiating terms with a Job Seeker for a shift, if I don't want to persuade the offer further?
    Kolligate allows users to find the perfect match to suit their needs. Job Seekers who are Expressing Interest to shifts can negotiate with a maximum of 2 Job Posters at a given time for a given day. You can, however, receive offers from multiple Job Posters at the same time.
  • As a Job Poster, am I allowed to negotiate with the Job Seekers?
    Yes, you can negotiate shift details like shift rate and shift timings with Job Seekers. This offer is specific to them and won't change any of the details on the shift card visible in the marketplace.
  • an I negotiate with multiple Job Seekers at a given point of time?
    You can Make Offers to a maximum of 2 Job Seekers at a given time for a given shift. If things do not work out with either of the offers, you can Make an Offer to another Job Seeker. You can, however, receive interest from multiple Job Seekers at the same time for the same shift.
  • Why am I allowed to Make an Offer to only 2 Job Seekers at a given time for a given shift?
    We have designed our workflow to be more effective for you to pick the best profiles of temp professionals to suit the shift criteria. We value your time and this makes the process of Finding a Match quicker and more effective.
  • When can I communicate directly with Job Seekers?
    Once a mutual acceptance has been reached with a Job Seeker for a shift, their personal details will be made available and can be found on the Closed Shift Card in Shift Activity or Calendar.
  • What happens after a mutual acceptance is reached with a Job Seeker for a shift?
    Once mutual acceptance is reached, you can view personal details of the Job Seeker on the Closed Shift Card in Shift Activity or Calendar. You will get a reminder with shift details before the shift.
  • What happens when the Job Seeker does not show up?
    The status of your shift changes from “Closed” to “Active” and it becomes available in the marketplace for Job Seekers to Express Interest. You can also Make an Offer to find the right temp professional matching your criteria. If no match is found, the shift status will be “Expired” at the end of the day. The service fee will be refunded to your account.
  • Can a half day shift be posted?
    Yes, a half day shift can be posted. kolligate’s workflows are designed to be flexible to suit the user’s needs. While Posting a Shift, you can set timings of the shift based on your requirements.
  • Can I hire someone permanently?
    Yes, kolligate provides Job Posters the option to permanently hire Job Seekers who have worked with them for temp shifts in the past 12 months through the platform. They get to learn more about the skills of the professional to evaluate if they are a good fit for their office and team before they hire them for a permanent position.   • How much time do I have to wait for the Job Seeker to respond to my offer?
    We value the time of all users, so we have assigned times for expiration of offers. Offer expiration times: 1. 30 minutes for a shift 48 hours and under 2. 24 hours for a shift beyond 48 hours This is consistent for both Job Posters and Job Seekers.
  • How can I refer other professionals to join kolligate?
    Does kolligate have a Referral Program? Kolligate has a referral program which is easy to use. You can invite other professionals to join the community on the click of a button.
  • How can I join and contribute to the kolligate community?
