    kolligate is an online temporary staffing solution and marketplace that allows individuals seeking temporary staffing in medical offices (the “Job Seeker”) to be connected with organizations that are looking to fill temporary positions or shifts (the “Job Poster”). kolligate’s goal is to connect the Job Seeker with the Job Poster. The content we provide you is for informational purposes only. No material contained within or provided through the kolligate should be construed as creating an employee-employer relationship.

    Nothing contained or provided through the Sites is intended or should be construed as legal advice or guidance. No attorney-client relationship is created between you and kolligate or its personnel. If you have any questions about any law, rule or regulation, or seek legal advice regarding your healthcare, you should contact your own legal counsel.

    This notice does not apply to information collected or obtained by any third party, including through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from or on the Sites.

    The information provided below is meant to provide that clarity so that you can feel comfortable with how we approach data privacy and security. The information collected by kolligate is intended to help a Job Poster make an educated decision and find a Job Seeker.

    By using kolligate and the Services, you will be asked to provide certain personal data. Personal Data is information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual. kolligate will follow the appropriate statutory definition for whether data collected is Personal Data for the purposes of this Privacy Policy. Where this Privacy Policy refers to “information” or “your information” this may include both Personal and non-personal data.

    This Privacy Policy covers only data that we collect by kolligate for the Services, and not any other data collection or processing, including, without limitation, any third-party operators of web pages to which the Sites link, and any information that we collect offline or through any websites, products, or services that do not display a direct link to this Privacy Policy. This includes the third-party credit card processing company, Stripe, that kolligate uses. Kolligate does not collect, store, or process any credit card information.

    If you apply for or obtain a job through the Services, the Job Poster may require a Job Seeker to provide additional Personal Data and non-personal data. kolligate is not responsible for any Personal Data or non-personal data provided to the Job Poster beyond the information collected for the purposes of this Privacy Policy and to provide the Services.Job Posters specifically consent to providing Personal Data to use the Services.

  • 4.Information Collected

    kolligate collects information from both Job Seekers and Job Posters in order to provide the Services on the Sites. Below is a list of the different information collected from both individuals. Please review and refer to this information based on the role you occupy (i.e. a Job Seeker or Job Poster).

    Job Poster: Information You Choose to Provide to Us
    • ● Personal Information, such as: name, address, phone, email, and driver’s license number.
    • ● Professional Information, such as: name, address, phone, email, professional license number, liability Insurance.
    • ● Business Information, such as: website, legal business name, and office address.
    Job Seeker: Information You Choose to Provide to Us
    • ● Personal Information, such as: name, address, phone, email, and driver’s license number.
    • ● Professional Information, such as: a resume, professional license number, work history or experience, years of relevant experience, expected hourly rate, technical certifications, software used and X-Ray type.

    kolligate provides a link to a third-party, HireRight, to perform background checks. Hire Right will do the background check for the Job Seekers. kolligate will not collect any data related to the background checks, although kolligate may have access to the background report after it is completed through the HireRight portal. kolligate will not download or store any background checks. Once a Job Poster or a Job Seeker leaves the kolligate Site, kolligate is not responsible for any data collected by the third-party and the Job Poster or Job Seeker should review that third-parties’ privacy policy and terms of use.

    kolligate WILL NOT ask for a social security number or any financial information. kolligate uses a third-party, Gravity Payments, for all financial payments related to the Services. A Job Poster may require that information from a Job Seeker at the time of employment. However, kolligate does not store that data about any Job Poster or Job Seeker.

    Job Seeker and Poster: Information Collected Via Your Use of our Website

All of this information belongs to us, and we use it to improve effectiveness, content, layout and/or operation of our Website.
